Beautiful goodness

April 4, 2017

There stood the group of sheep to the right and the inferior goats to the left. And the master blessed the noble ones welcoming them into his kingdom and riches saying: I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and in prison and you visited me. And the goodhearted answered with visible bewilderment, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry, or thirsty, or naked, or sick or in prison and cared for you?’ And he answered: what you did for the least of these you did for me.

Isn’t it remarkable that those who do good, don’t even know they are doing it? Such a crown on their heads!
