Making fear retreat

April 1, 2017

Don’t mistake every form of restraint as concern, as intuition, a protective instinct, for safe-guarding. Fear can be a very destructive thing. It prevents you from acting, moving, being agile, restraining further damage. There are times you need to rise to the occasion and perform the feat that wasn’t expected of you. You may or may not be lavished with thunderous applause, a crown to grace your head, a victory sash across your chest or a monument to your name, but it will certainly arrest evil, untold damage, give life to so many who might have otherwise needlessly lost it. But best of all it will foster a new generation of courage and strength, virtue and morality, and propagate life and healing. Go ahead and make fear retreat from before you. Become a lion of a man, a woman.
