The hearing

June 3, 2016

God gives us not only a just hearing, but one lavish as well. For, for a father’s sin, although a son can be held accountable, (well not so much for being an active/passive participant but as being quite a part/a subset of the father himself), he still gives him a chance should he decide to mend his ways. And he is known to keep a soft corner for the prodigal son of a good/loving father. But over and above everything, he allows the person his own choice: the freedom to choose, the freedom to amend, even the freedom to revert (from goodness to evil!). And decrees an appropriate verdict longing that none should perish.
