Clean-up

March 26, 2016

There is always more to clean when the goal is to be clean. And there’s never much to clean when it’s the estimation that things aren’t that bad. That’s just when to still do a round of clean-up becomes a duty, a chore, a formality. A duty is a burden and the first we try with a burden is to lighten it. Now the humour here is it’s only the standard that’s decreasing not the burden.

The best way to lighten the burden is to see it as a minor aside to the true goal of wellbeing. And in this there is a scaling up, there is perspective and the load truly becomes lighter. And the bonus from the benefits abound. It’s a good principle for both body and spirit.
