Tighten up

Yeah, you can’t do it nonstop, you have to take a break, catch your breath, give yourself some rest, stop a moment. Indeed there is healing in rest, a fresh breath. That’s just when rest starts to feel like a nice new normal!! How good it would be if life were always like this we begin to wonder. Now already danger is quite close. If you don’t wake up and get back the highly appreciable normal you developed, it has already begun to drift. And before you know it, a strange and unhealthy new normal takes over. We must not be uptight, but if healthy practices are loosening up there is trouble. Be sure to tighten up after you’ve relaxed a bit.
