Try the next. You decide a certain schedule the previous day. You wake up and all goes haywire. Immediately you get so annoyed, so depressed, so overwhelmed. You feel you can never get down to that new habit. I suggest that you ignore today and wait until tomorrow. Just a few hours and you will have a brand new chance to chase that new habit. Patience.
